Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for:
SUPERVISOR, CALL CENTRE SERVICES- LEVEL 6
This position reports to the Manager, Marketing and Public Relations.
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:
CALL CENTRE SERVICE OFFICER- LEVEL 4
(4 VACANT Positions)
To ensure that all incoming queries are answered, information provided, and orders taken.
CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS SPECIALIST- LEVEL 6
Evaluates and audits service delivery and quality standards of the work of Customer Service, Call Centre Service and Mapping Officers engaged in providing information on products and services in a timely manner.
MAP REGISTRAR- LEVEL 3
To provide technical assistance through information sharing – copying, blueprinting, etc., to customers internally and externally.
