The Business Services Division is the business and marketing arm of the National Land Agency. It is responsible for the assessment, evaluation, establishment and development of business opportunities for the Agency.
The role of the Business Services Division (BSD) is to provide the Agency with effective business strategies in order to meet the Agency’s targets for growth and profitability and at the same time ensuring customer satisfaction through quality products and services. The Division is also responsible for the overall service delivery of the Agency and the management of the Regional Offices. The Division is positioned to guide the Agency towards developing and promoting new and existing products and delivering quality service.
The Division consists of two (2) Units:
Marketing and Public Relations – Designs and promotes the Agency’s products and services. The Unit also facilitates public education through Road Shows, exhibitions and other community outreach programmes.
Business Services – The Unit provides the Agency’s customer service, and support for mapping and data services such as: customized products; data conversion; and reprographic services (digital and hard copy). The Unit is also responsible for providing online support services for eLandjamaica, iMapjamaica, JAMPROP and Property Watch.
