Adjudication Services

The mandate of the Adjudication Services Division is to assist land owners who have been in open, undisturbed and undisputed possession of their land for twelve years or more, to claim ownership of such land via the systematic registration of land using the adjudication process.

The Adjudication Services Division (ASD) considers all claims of interests in the designated project area and prepares records of preliminary findings for public notice. It considers objections to the decisions made from the Preliminary Notice. It also acts as the Secretariat to the Adjudication Committees.
