Information and Communication Technology


The Information and Communication Technology Division is the technological support arm of the National Land Agency. 

The Division comprises of two (2) Units:   Systems Support and Information Services.

System Support This Unit is responsible for the continuous delivery of computer services to the Agency. It advises and researches new technologies to keep the Agency’s infrastructure up to date. Its main focuses are: the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure; network administration; operations support; server support; and technology support.

Information Services - This Unit is responsible for information technology application initiatives within the Agency.  It has primary responsibility for the provision of ongoing support of implemented software solutions. The Unit assists user groups in planning, defining, acquiring, developing and implementing workgroups, administrative and production systems that support the core processes of the Agency. Information Services offers quality assurance and support of all of the Agency’s major software, applications, database and spatial administration.
