invites bids for the

Provision of Security Services (6 Lots)

Scope: Procurement of Security Services to the National Land Agency six (6) Lots as follows:

  • Lot 1 – Corporate Office, 4-8 Ardenne Road, Kingston 10
  • Lot 2 – Estate Management Complex, 20 North Street, Kingston
  • Lot 3 – Land Titles and Survey & Mapping Divisions - 93 Hanover Street/23½ Charles Street, Kingston
  • Lot 4 – South Region Office, 5½ Caledonia Road, Mandeville, Manchester
  • Lot 5 – West Region Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James
  • Lot 6 – North East Region Office, 51 Warner Street, Port Maria, St. Mary

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Valid Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
  2. Valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the category of
    • Safety and Security Services
  3. Valid Private Security Regulation Authority License (PSRA)

NB. The National Land Agency will disqualify any Security Guard Service Provider that fails to accord the privileges and benefits of employment to the Security Guards in its company.

Availability of Tender Document:

This is an online tender where tender documents, clarifications and bid submissions will only be made available and accepted via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal – GOJEP (www.gojep.gov.jm). No offline (hard copies) will be accepted and there will be no physical drop box for drop-off of tender documents.

            • Tender documents can be downloaded as of Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

Bid Submission Deadline:

Tenders must be submitted via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Friday, September 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the System. Bidders are therefore urged to commence bid upload at least two (2) hours prior to the submission time. The Procuring Entity will not be held liable for bids not submitted on time due to late commencement of bid upload. At the first sign of any technical difficulties, Consultants/Firms must make contact with the Ministry of Finance, Procurement and Asset Policy Unit.
