TENDER NOTICE

Provision of Janitorial Services

(10 Lots)

Scope:

The National Land Agency (NLA), an Agency of the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, now invites bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Janitorial Services (10 Lots) at the Agency’s Offices.

Eligibility:

It is mandatory that Contractors be registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category of “Janitorial, Sanitation Services”.

All bidders must be Tax Compliant at the bid opening. Bidding will be in accordance with tender procedures and guidelines specified in the Public Procurement Regulations 2018.

Format:

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.  Bidding documents will be available for download as of Tuesday, August 16, 2022, on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm). In order to participate, Bidders must be registered on the Government Electronic Procurement System at https://www.gojep.gov.jm/epps/home

Bidders shall validate, pack and submit their bids electronically before 11:00 a.m. local time on Monday, September 12, 2022.

The National Land Agency is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and also reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point before the award of a contract without incurring liability to any of the bidders. (BIDDERS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE CONTRACT IS FIXED AND NOT SUBJECT TO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS).
