National Land Agency Online Forms

The National Land Agency aims to serve our customers better by constantly improving its products and services in order to meet their continually evolving needs. As part of this ongoing effort, the Agency has developed the new Online Forms for the Land Titles Division. These forms aim to reduce the rejection rate of documents at the Land Titles Office and are designed to guide customers on what information is needed to properly complete the form when making an application.
