This workshop is an enlightening one for me. Having participated in it, I have no regrets taking the long journey from St. Ann to Kingston twice per week to attend classes. I am now better equipped to carry out my duties with regards to matters relating to the NLA. I have acquired a wealth of new knowledge and skills that will help me in my practice as I prepare documents to send to the NLA. I now have a better understanding of the operations of the NLA. I now appreciate why it is important to pay close attention to very intricate detail when preparing and submitting documents for registration with the agency.

Previously thought I knew all there was to know about land conveyance. But the training at the NLA revealed that there was so much more to learn. I had no choice but to engage in the process of learning with an open mind. With the knowledge I have acquired, I now feel more confident in carrying out my duties and more prepared to share this knowledge with others.

Prior to my participation in this workshop, I had some negative perceptions about personnel at the NLA. Having met and interacted with the staff at NLA, these perceptions have changed. The staff members at the NLA are welcoming and accommodating. They are knowledgeable of their subject matter and very efficient and professional in carrying out their duties.

The experience of this workshop is indeed very rewarding and enlightening. I would recommend this workshop to any one without hesitation.

I have found the Land Registration and Conveyancing Training to be very beneficial not only for professionals within the legal or property management sphere but also for the “man in the street”.

The reality is that most persons at some point in their lives will be faced with handling a conveyance matter. The information provided was comprehensive and expanded my understanding of the laws that govern the land registration and conveyancing processes.
I now feel better armed to effectively carry out most of these processes.
