CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER –Land Titles Division (1 Post)
The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Supervisor
To provide assistance to customers transacting business with the Agency and disseminates information to customers and the general public on the services and products provided by the Agency.
Required Skills Competencies:
The post-holder should be able to demonstrate:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of the Registration of Titles Act; The Registration (Strata Titles) Act and principles of conveyancing
- Training in Customer Service
- Paralegal Diploma/Certificate
Remuneration Package: - Salary Range: $1,166,538.00 - $1,247,093.00 p.a.
