SALE OF PROPERTY – LOT 98 LLOYDS LAND SETTLEMENT, YALLAHS, ST. THOMAS

 

The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed offers for the purchase of property known as “Lot 98 Lloyds Land Settlement, Yallahs, St. Thomas”, for residential purposes.

 

APPLICANTS must purchase an Information Package, which provides further details on the requirements for submission of applications for the property from a Property Administrator, during the period March 27, 2019 – April 16 , 2019 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 pm on Friday, at the Estate Management Division, National Land Agency, 20 North Street, Kingston, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$500.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.

 

Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.

The completed Application Form must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled Request to purchase “Lot 98 Lloyds Land Settlement, Yallahs, St. Thomas”, along with:

 

  1. Companies must be in good standing and be in possession of an up-to-date Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC), if current/not expired;

 

  1. Individuals must submit a copy of their Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Card, Letter or Slip AND a copy of a current/valid Government-issued photo identification, specifically, a Driver’s Licence, Passport or National Identification Card.

 

 

and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Area at the National Land Agency, Estate Management Division, 20 North Street, Kingston no later than 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019.

 

Opening of offers will take place at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019. in the Conference Room located at the National Land Agency, Estate Management Division, 20 North Street, Kingston, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to attend.
