Sale of Property – Lot 77 Spur Tree, Manchester

APPLICANTS must purchase an Information Package, which provides further details on the requirements for submission of applications for the property from the Cashier, during the period Wednesday, November 20, 2019 – Monday, November 9, 2019 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 pm on Fridays, at the National Land Agency, 5 ½ Caledonia Avenue, Mandeville, Manchester, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$2,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.

Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.

A completed Application Form indicating the amount offered must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled “Offer to purchase “Lot 77 Spur Tree, Manchester”, along with:

1. Companies MUST submit a valid/current copy of its Certificate of Incorporation AND a copy of an up-to-date (unexpired) Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) 

2. Individuals MUST submit a copy of their Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Card, Letter or Slip AND a copy of a current/valid Government of Jamaica issued photo identification, specifically, a Driver’s Licence, Passport or National Identification Card

and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service area at the National Land Agency, 5 ½ Caledonia Avenue, Mandeville, Manchester no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

Opening of offers will take place at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in the Conference Room located at the National Land Agency, 5 ½ Caledonia Avenue, Mandeville, Manchester, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to attend.
