LEASE OF PROPERTY –
“LAND PART OF LOT 134 BOUNDBROOK LAND SETTLEMENT, PORTLAND”
The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed Applications/Proposals for the LEASE of property known as “Land Part of Lot 134 Boundbrook Land Settlement, Portland”, for institutional or light-industrial purposes.
APPLICANTS must purchase an Information Package, which provides further details on the requirements for submission of applications for the property, from the Senior Lands Officer, Portland, during the period April 5, 2022 – May 4, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 pm on Friday, at the National Land Agency’s Portland Parish Office, Shop 13 Morgan’s Plaza, 24-26 Harbour Street, Portland, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$500.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.
Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.

A completed Application Form along with a Business Plan (to include a Development Proposal for the site) must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled “Proposal for the Lease of Land Part of Lot 134 Boundbrook Land Settlement, Portland.”

and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Area of the National Land Agency’s Portland Parish Office, Shop 13 Morgan’s Plaza, 24-26 Harbour Street, Portland, Jamaica on or before Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
Applications submitted without these documents will be deemed non-responsive, rejected and not evaluated.
Opening of proposals will take place at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the National Land Agency’s Portland Parish Office, Shop 13 Morgan’s Plaza, 24-26 Harbour Street, Portland, Jamaica, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives. Please note that only one (1) representative per applicant will be allowed up to a maximum of Ten (10) persons.
